Financial Controller:
Minimum Requirement
- Professionally Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Excellent Knowledge and practice of management accounting
- Good computer knowledge and excellent communication skill
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar position
- Exposure in Finalization of Accounts, Audit, Taxation of both Direct & Indirect Tax, Responsible for providing information to take key business decisions, Driving key decisions within the company, Generating MIS
- Should be able to work independently and ready to take responsibility
- Should be willing to work long hours.
- Both Maldivian and expatriates are welcome to apply
Remuneration
- Starting Salary : 18,000/- to 30,000/- (Negotiable)

Projects Manager:
Minimum Requirement
- Qualification in Project Management or in related disciplines
- Knowledge of both theoretical & practical aspects of project Managements
- Good computer knowledge and excellent communication skill
- Knowledge of project management techniques & tools
- Proven Experience in people management,strategic planning and risk management
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar position
- Proficient in Project Management software
- Should be able to work independently and ready to take responsibility
- Should be willing to work long hours.
- Both Maldivian and expatriates are welcome to apply
Remuneration
- Starting Salary : 18,000/- to 28,000/- (Negotiable)

Deputy Sales & Marketing Manager (Maldivian Only):
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing with minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Pleasant personality and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organized, with an ability to work well under pressure
- Applicants Should be 25 years and above
- Driving license will be added advantage

Project Engineer :
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or in related disciplines
- Knowledge of both theoretical & practical aspects of Civil Engineering

- Knowledge of Civil Engineering techniques & tools
- Proven Experience in people management and risk management
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar position
- Proficient in AUTO-CAD software
- Should be able to work independently and ready to take responsibility
- Should be willing to work long hours.

Site Engineer :

- Knowledge of of Building Construction techniques & tools
- Proven Experience in people management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the similar position
- Should be able to work independently and ready to take responsibility
- Should be willing to work long hours.

Driver , Car/Pick-up (Maldivian Only):
Minimum Requirement
- Should have Heavy Vehicle Driving License
- Able to work odd hours
- Able to communicate in English
